• Licensed Cosmetologist - When booking please make sure to send over your $20 deposit over to my Zelle or Apple Pay to (210) 740-7498. If deposit is not sent within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits will only be held for a week before a new one has to be sent. - Address will be sent when appointment is confirmed & deposit has been sent. The address is located on my booking site is a location near to my studio so you can see how far you’ll be driving.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All appointments made must be able to pay their non-refundable booking deposit of $20 the same day! The deposit is is deducted off the cost of your service - If I do not receive your deposit that same day I will deny your appointment request & removing your from the calendar so other get the opportunity to book. Please get done in a timely manner!
* This fee is collected to protect the time & date to block on the calendar & May only be used once. If you cancel or reschedule or no call /no show me within less then 24 hours of your scheduled appointment I will collect 100% cancellation fee of the service of the card on file. Meaning you will get charged the whole service. If the card declined or I get an error you will be blocked & you will not be able to book with me again. If you give me 2-3 days notice I’m okay with that as long as you communicate with me & therefore we can make arrangements or talk about rescheduling & has to be within 2-3 days if reschedule or you will have to send another $20 deposit. If you come in 10 minutes late their is a $20 fee. 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. I DONT DO PARTIAL OR REFUNDS ALL IN ANY SERVICES. So if you have any concerns or issues feel free to express that to me during the time of your appointment so we can fix anything that needs fixing.
